These are the interesting fact that you don’t know from Oasis :

  • Oasis evolved from earlier band name “The Rain”. The “Oasis” name were transformed after their leading songwriter, Noel Gallagher, join the group.
  • Their first album, “Definitely Maybe” produce 4 single, such as “Supersonic”, “Shakermaker”, “Live Forever”, “Cigarettes & Alcohol”. Noel Gallagher said “Slide Away” was considered as a fifth single, but he ultimately refused, arguing, “You can’t have five [singles] off a debut album.”
  • “Wonderwall” is the song that Oasis hated most, despite the popularity of the song who made Oasis as we knew.
  • Noel Gallagher suffer from dyslexia, a broad term defining a learning disability that impairs a person’s fluency or accuracy in being able to read, speak, and spell.
